Terms & Conditions

  • The hirer must be over 20 years old and must have a valid Thai or international driver's licence.
     
  • Fuel must be filled by the hirer.
     
  • The rate is for 24 hours.
     
  • The car may not be driven on the beach or up in the mountain where there are no paved roads.
     
  • The car may not leave Samui Island.
     
  • The car is fully insured (all risks and liability). In case of any accident, the hirer has to pay the first:

    - 3'000 Baht (Suzuki Sporty)
    - 5'000 Baht (Suzuki Vitara)
    - 5'000 Baht (Honda Jazz)
    - 5'000 Baht (Honda City)
    - 5'000 Baht (Toyota Yaris)
    - 10'000 Baht (Honda CRV)

    as policy excess. The rest is covered by the insurance.
